One of the best chicken sandwiches I've ever had. I'm not a Sandwich person whatsoever but I had seen a lot of advertisement for this place so I thought I'd try this place out. I ordered the firebird and It was SO delicious!

My group and I tried Fire Bird Sandwich,Katsu Sandwich and Senor Croque, they were all very good however the Firebird was my favorite. If it is your first time try the FireBird no doubt! The service was very good and fast. Their sriracha thousand island sauce was delicious and so were their fires! The restaurant was very clean. A nice feature was they have sinks in the restaurant and you don't need to go to the restroom to wash your hands. Will be coming back for more.

Came here for lunch and it did not disappoint! I've tried urban bird and the cook shack and the crack shack is comparable. The service is also on point. The cashier was very friendly and attentive and the other staff came to check up on us to make sure everything was up to par. They have a nice variety of sauces at their sauce bar, I highly recommend the mango mustard and their sweet bbq sauce! We ordered the basic chicken sandwich which came with lettuce, pickles and a creamy and tangy sauce. Everything was seasoned perfectly and the fries had me coming back for more. Most definitely will be back to try the spicy chicken sandwich!

We were so glad to find this little grouping of restaurants with outdoor tables that are dog friendly. I went with the fried chicken sandwich and fries with pineapple mustard. The chicken was perfectly fried and was not greasy at all! Made me wonder if it was air fried or something! The fries were really good as well. It took a bit to get the food but that was just fine as it gave us a chance to sit down and enjoy the beautiful weather outdoors that day!

Love the vibes of this place, super chill and comfortable, family friendly. We tried the Señor Croque (brioche bun with fried chicken, fried egg, miso maple butter, bacon, cheese), I highly recommend this one, it has everything you need for a great breakfast/brunch sandwich. Kid's meal is great: three big meaty juicy chicken nuggets with a good amount of fresh fries, a drink, and a giant signature sea salt chocolate chip cookie. They offer unique sauces on tap: pineapple mustard, ranch, sweet BBQ, and sriracha 1000 island. Restaurant is very spacious, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Bathroom is very clean and there's changing table for your little one. Looking forward to coming back here on the weekends. So glad we finally have a place that's not crazily crowded and noisy, and suitable for families to dine in at LaCenterra.

Came here on a Friday night at around 7 pm, and there was a good amount of people here already. Keep in mind that this is located in LaCenterra, which is a popular hot spot especially on the weekends. I had ordered the firebird, fire nugs, and shack fries. They all came in a timely manner and pipin' hot! The chicken was crispy but juicy at the same time, and man that was a good amount of chicken used. The sauce with the pickles and the potato roll was just a great combo all together! The only complaint I had about my sandwich was that there was a lot of fried onions stuffed in that thing. While I do love me some onions, there were some bites where I couldn't even taste the chicken, so that should tell you how much was added in there. The nuggets were nice and juicy, and the fries were perfection with the right amount of crunch and seasonings. I would def make the drive out here again to try out their other items!

I've tried The Crack Shack for the first time when I visited San Diego, so I was ecstatic when I found out one was opening close by in Katy! It was just as amazing as it was in Cali, and all that I remembered it to be! I ordered the Cali Drip Sandwich w/ crack fries, and it was so tasty with juicy chunks of chicken, chipotle bacon mayo, in a crispy torta style panini... every bite had so much flavor. We also ordered the Firebird Sandwich and the Fire Nuggs (spicy chicken nuggets), chicken was also juicy and the spices made it savory and addicting. Our friends ordered the BAE Sandwich and Coop Deville Sandwich, and they loved theirs too! They also have a self-serve sauce station with Pineapple Mustard, House Ranch, and Sriracha 1000 Island- so good especially if you order the house seasoned crack fries on the side! The restaurant is spacious and fun, with a full bar and TV's for a casual night to catch any big games with yummy food. The customer service was wonderful. The staff is very friendly, checked on us regularly, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. Overall, we had an awesome experience, and we're so happy to have The Crack Shack in the neighborhood. We've already arranged to be back with our friends frequently!

Stopped in the other date while waiting for the FireDisc store to open. The Crack Shack is pretty new and I do like chicken and the name and giant red chicken out from intrigued me so in I go. Not a big menu but covers the bases. And this isn't a wing place. So trying to stay healthy, I chose the power bowl - roasted chicken, avocado, quinoa and some leafy green - see pic. The roasted chicken was excellent. As was the quinoa and avocado. Not a fan of the leafy stuff. Really a good meal and it did fill me up. That w/ tea and tip was a bit over $15.00. Not bad considering what I got and the location. They even have a full bar - nice - but a bit too early in the day for that. Service was excellent. Certainly a bargain lunch in the La Centerra area but without a bargain taste.
